50 Days. Self initiated ideas.
The studio decided to experiment with a creative exercise – to explore the idea of creative freedom with an intensive period of self-initiated work during a 50 day period. During this time the studio would be closed for all client work – the sole focus would be exploring new ideas. The resulting body of work was varied in scope, scale and approach – the only motivation was to be completely free with the ideas process. This exercise proved to be a powerful catalyst for re-engaging with a more experimental creative approach. Our ‘learned’ creative habits were challenged and a fresh way of thinking emerged.
